OVERVIEW
A confident way into XiaMen
Southern Fujian is a place meant to be savored slowly. Here you can enjoy laid‑back moments facing the sea, as well as millennia‑old culture embedded in its alleyways, ancient mansions, tulou dwellings and traditional crafts. Experience the island lifestyle of Xiamen and the eclectic architecture of Gulangyu; witness the everyday Hakka life within tulou buildings and the bustling human warmth of ancient Quanzhou; and admire traditional handicrafts made by hand. What we hope to show you is more than just the scenery of Southern Fujian, but also its one‑of‑a‑kind way of life.
This is not a rushed sightseeing trip for check‑ins. Instead, it is a journey that begins with sea breezes, delves deep into local culture, and ultimately returns to vacation and everyday living. Over five days, we will not rush to “see everything” in Southern Fujian. Rather, through a stretch of coastline, an ancient city, a tulou building, a traditional craft, and a table of local‑style food, you will get to know this land at a gentle pace. Five days bring five distinct travel moods. You will behold not only Southern Fujian’s landscapes but also encounter its sea, architecture, flavors, crafts, dialect and local hospitality. This is exactly what we want you to discover — the authentic Southern Fujian belonging to its local people.
